Hotel Rustika - Lermoos

Spent the best New Year's Eve at this place. The hotel was family-run and had a good service with clean rooms. The food was delicious and really worth the price. The hotel had an amazing location as it was near to many restaurants and shops as well as to key places to visit. We really enjoyed waking up in the morning and looking at the surrounding area.

The fitness room was too small and couldn't fit more than three people. The furniture in the room looked a bit dated, but it gave a touch of rustic style.

Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Big balcony. Free parking. Fair price. Very good restaurant. Walking distance to attractions. Kid-friendly with playground. Fine balcony views. Peaceful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and provided us with all the information we needed upon arrival. Our room was clean, quiet, and had a stunning view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable, offering a much better sleeping experience than we have had in other hotels in Austria. The breakfast served at this hotel was perfect and energizing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff ensured that everything was okay during the most important meal of the day. The central yet quiet location of this hotel was ideal, with no surrounding buildings and breathtaking views of the mountains and landscape.

Although this place is very kid-friendly, it would be beneficial to bring your own white noise machine or fan if traveling with babies, as they do not provide any. Additionally, the smart TV in the room had locked apps, so we were unable to sign into Netflix or watch any English content.

We had a wonderful stay with fine views, great breakfast, and friendly staff. The hotel was clean and had good facilities. Parking was easy and the location to the mountains was perfect for skiing.

Stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip. What a great experience! the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure that my needs were met. the location was perfect, in a central but quiet area with stunning views of the mountains. the room was immaculate, with comfy beds and great amenities offered. the breakfast was outstanding, offering delicious and energizing options for the day.

Every aspect of my experience was enjoyable, from arrival to departure.

The hotel is well situated in a mountainous area great for skiing or hiking. Skiers will appreciate the equipment rental less than a minute away and the lift just a three-minute walk. the hotel is also family-friendly with cribs available and there is a sauna on site. Staff members speak multiple languages and the breakfast is delicious.

One minor downside is that the furniture in the rooms may appear a bit dated or rustic.
